12. Credit System & Payments
When you register a new account on MRC, you may receive a limited number of free credits that allow you to register MRC codes. Once your initial credits are used, you may purchase additional credits to continue using the registration service.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. All payments are processed through PayPal, a third-party payment service. We do not store or handle your payment credentials directly. You are responsible for ensuring that your PayPal account is valid and authorized.
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing, offer promotions, or change credit policies at any time. Abuse of the credit system, including the creation of multiple accounts to bypass limits, may result in account suspension.
